We started work on a new project called Vulture Red Flakes. Limited PC Case (20/50) from EK Water Blocks company, HW equipment from MSI and Intel and completely Watercooled. Current status can be viewed at LINK.

The project was very demanding in terms of volume of custom work to the time it took to get the job done. It was strictly necessary to observe the color variation of Samsung company as well as the appearance of logo. The basis of the project was the Define R6 TG Black PC case, which was painted by Richter Design - airbrush art. The Gigabyte AORUS VEGA 64 graphics card was also painted too. For the presentation of SSD drives, the original cover plate was painted and then installed 3pcs of 860 PRO SSD drives with custom made cables. We produced also custom cables for both the graphics card and the motherboard. For cooling Noctua brand was selected, we choose powerful NH-D15 CPU cooler model with a Chromax white update and Chromax fans. We used G.SKILL Trident RGB memory and of course the ASUS Z370 ROG motherboard + delided Intel i7-8700K CPU. To install the GPU in we used the Nanoxia PCIe riser and the Nanoxia Rigid Led Strips for Lighting.
The Blood Samurai project is based on the NZXT Manta Mini case in red and black for ITX motherboards. The customer asked for the Japanese warrior's theme - the samurai, and so we worked on the theme and overall design. The case was airbrush painted by Samurai warrior, on the front panels with Japanese characters (Samurai) and red - bloody spots. After it was painted with several layers of transparent paint and polished. We cut out the hole in PSU cover and insert custom black plexi panel. A circle was cut into the black panel on the left, where a circle of semi-transparent, milky plexi was inserted into. In milky plexi the Japanese characters (Samurai) were cut and embedded. This whole circle represents the sun (land of the rising sun), while from the other side was backlit with RGB LED strip from Nanoxia with the choice of color - in the final, the backlight circle looked like the rising sun. On the MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G graphics card, we modified the white MSI sign with a dragon into red. The Noctua NH-L9x65 CPU cooler was supplemented with the SilenX iXtrema Red LED 80x80x25mm fan, which had to be backlit after a reduction in speed - Dual 5mm red, strong LEDs were installed into the fan corners and darkened above the hole for better frame backlight. 3pcs of Thermaltake fans with a red LED circle around the frame were used. Custom made extension cables were created from combination of red Gosumodz PLX Flex material and Alliance comb holders from black elox aluminum. All other cables were also sleeved with a red PLX flex material.
For project Blue Moon Case Labs STH10 case was selected. We have used it because of need to integrate two independent, watercooling circuits as well as 14 SSD drives. We chose ASRock x99 Extreme 11 motherboard with onboard SAS controller, Intel i7-6950X CPU and total of 128GB G.SKILL DDR4 SDRAM 2800MHz Memory. 3 pieces of Gigabyte Nvidia Titan X Extreme graphics card with Blackmagic Design DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G postproduction card. For storage we chose the pair of Samsung 950 Pro 512GB NVMe drives which were installed directly into mainboard, 8 pieces of Samsung 850 2TB 2.5" and 6 pieces of Samsung 850 1TB 2.5" SSD. For all 14 pieces we created special holder which was installed in lower left chamber of Caselabs STH10 case. Also for connecting of SSDs we made custom cables from our production. For the best power of project we chose Super Flower Leadex 80 Plus Platinum 8Pack Edition - 2000W PSU. Hand-made custom cables were created from combination of black, blue and silver Gosumodz PLX Flex material and Alliance comb holders. For watercool of both circuits we chose 2 pieces of Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 560 (4x140mm) radiators and products from EK Water Blocks and Bitspower company. Postproduction card Blackmagic Design DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G was cooled by waterblock from Watercool company. Chipset, Mosfets, SAS and LSI chips on motherboard were watercooled with custom waterblocks from Liquid Extasy company. We chose luxury Royal Blue Bitspower fittings in combination with Bitspower silver shiny types and they were connected with Bitspower None Chamfer Brass Link Tubes 16mm and 12mm types. For cooling both of radiators ww used the Noisblocker PK2 fans. Nanoxia Rigid LEDs white types were used for lightning of the whole project. Blue plexi accessories (SLI bridge with engraved logo and backplate of postproduction card Deck Link) were produced by Gravitech company.
For project Purple Rain Fractal Design Define S case was selected. The system should have been designed for easy and fast gaming in 4K resolution. We picked the Intel 2011 V3 platform with a powerful 6core CPU and two pieces of Nvidia GeForce 1080 graphics cards. Purple - black combination of motherboard we achieved by choosing Strix ASUS X99 Gaming, which has the Aura RGB backlight. To the motherboard we installed Intel Core i7-6800K CPU and a total of 32GB (4x8GB) HyperX Savage memory from Kingston. 2 pieces of graphics cards from EVGA - GeForce 1080 GTX Gaming FTW ACX 3.0. Storage was combination of very fast NVMe Samsung 950 Pro SSD 256GB combined with SATA SSD Samsung SSD SSD850 PRO 512GB and classic, hard drive with huge capacity Seagate Barracuda Pro 10TB. Power supply Super Flower leadex 80 Plus Titanium - 1000W. Custom made extension cables were created from combination of black and purple Gosumodz PLX Flex material and Alliance comb holders from black elox aluminum. For water cooling, we have chosen products from company EK Water Blocks - nickle plated waterblocks for CPU + GPU with plexiglass top on (for better effect), 2 radiators PE360 (3x120mm) and high-end water pump / expansion tank kombo EK Water Blocks EK-XRES Revo 140 D5 PWM. To cool the radiators we used 6 pieces of Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC - 2000 PWM fans which were slowed under 500RPM/min. For better effect, we combined the thick-walled hose Primochill Advanced 16/10mm with Mayhems X1 - Clear Fluid. Fluid was mixed with Mayhems Non Stain Dyes for desired purple color. The lightning was insured by 2 pcs of LED white strips Nanoxia Rigid LED white.
For project Fractal Design Define S case was selected. For black and blue combination we have chosen MSI Z170A SLI Plus motherboard (pure black color). Choice of the processor and the graphics card directly from customer - Intel 6600K Skylake and Asus GeForce GTX 1070 Strix. Storage was combination of very fast NVMe Samsung 950 Pro 512GB SSD in combination with WD Red 3TB WD30EFRX. Tailor-made custom cables were created from combination of black and blue Gosumodz PLX Flex material and Alliance comb holders from aluminum. For water cooling, we have chosen products from company EK Water Blocks - nickle plated waterblocks for CPU + GPU with plexiglass top on (for better effect), 2 radiators PE360 (3x120mm) and high-end water pump / expansion tank kombo EK Water Blocks EK-XRES Revo 140 D5 PWM. To cool the radiators we used 6 pieces of Alpenföhn 120mm Wing Boost 2 Plus PWM - pure black fans which were slowed to 550RPM/min. For better effect, we combined the thick-walled hose Primochill Advanced 16/10mm with Mayhems X1 - Clear Fluid. Fluid was mixed with Mayhems Non Stain Blue Dye for desired blue color. The lightning was insured by 2 pcs of LED white strips Nanoxia Rigid LED.
Fractal Design Define S PC case was selected. For black & green combination we have chosen Asus Maximus VIII Formula ROG motherboard, which allows with use of the software Aura to adjust the backlight color to any and so therefore customize the appearance of the motherboard. Choice of the processor and the graphics card was clear - Intel 6700K Skylake and Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti. Disk subsystem was created by Samsung SSD 500GB SSD850 EVO SSD in combination with WD Red 3TB WD30EFRX. Tailor-made cabling is a combination of black, toxic green and Titan Silver Gosumodz PLX Flex material and Alliance comb holders from aluminum. For water cooling, we have chosen products from company EK Water Blocks - nickle plated waterblocks for CPU + GPU with plexiglass top on (for better effect), 2 radiators PE360 (3x120mm) and high-end water pump / expansion tank kombo EK Water Blocks EK-XRES Revo 140 D5 PWM. To cool the radiators we used 6 pieces of Alpenföhn 120mm Wing Boost 2 Plus PWM - toxic green fans which were slowed to 550RPM/min. For better effect, we combined the thick-walled hose Primochill Advanced 16/10mm with Mayhems UV Pastel Green coolant. The lightning was insured by 2 pcs of LED white strips Nanoxia Rigid LED.
In order to meet customer requirements - PC within the color design of the motherboard, we proposed black and white color combination. Because of cooling capacity at full load in a very quiet operation, we have used 2 pieces of radiators EKWB PE360 cooled with a total of 6 pieces of white version EKWB EK-F4-120ER Vardar fans. Waterblock for Intel i7-5820K processor and graphics card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti we have used by EKWB company - nickel-plated versions with plexi top. EKWB EK-D5 Revo XRES 140 PWM pump / expansion tank combo was selected for best power and silent operation without vibrations. We have use Primochill Advanced 13/10mm hoses without plasticizers and fittings from EKWB. Mayhems Pastel - Ice White fluid was nice addidtion to black and white design.
Vulture Red Flakes production from design to final stage lasted nearly six months. The first step was the overall design system from the color combination, through the water ciruit to the individual details within the wiring and lighting. We chose a combination of red, white and black. Originally black EK Vulture case was painted with basic white and then special Red Flakes paint. Then "MSI dragon" airbrush from Richter Design airbrush art company was painted on left panel. The same way was modified also SSD - Red Flakes paint and white Intel logo and Intel Skulltrail, which were cut on a cutting plotter in the Cyclone Design company. Radiator was painted in white. We designed water circuit way that every water block and component in system is visible - the box itself and the plexiglas window allows a perfect view of these components. Instead of hoses we were used PETG tubes that we sawed and bend by hand to the required size and shape. Above the motherboard tray, we have designed white plexiglass cover with a holes for cabling, which were cut in the Gravitech company. Because of the potential that custom wiring will be visible under plexiglass panel, the rear part we painted in matt white paint. Tailor-made cabling is a combination of black, white and red Gosumodz PLX Flex material and Alliance comb holders from aluminum. On the other cables were used Gosumodz micro PLX flexo. To cool the radiator we used 6 pieces of EK-Vardar F4-120ER fans which were slowed to 450RPM / min. The liquid is mixture of red Mayhems Pastel and CoolForce demineralised water. The lightning was insured by 2 pcs of LED white strips Nanoxia Rigid LED.
The basis of hardware equipment in Tron Legacy project was ASUS Z170-A motherboard along with the Intel Core i7-6700K processor, Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (Kit 4x8GB) 2400MHz DDR4 system memory and AMD Radeon R9 X FURY 4GB HBM (4096 Bit) graphics card. We choose as usuall cutting edge Super Flower leadex 80 Plus Platinum - 850W power supply. Customer delivered own HDD and SSD drives. To meet customer requirements, the choice fell on a large, high-quality, spacious and strong PC tower Nanoxia Deep Silence 5 rev. B. We have added the superior laminated printing on it. Laminated printing was also used for the backplate of graphics card. Printing was the most significant feature of the project. The movie theme Tron Legacy (a combination of blue, aquamarine, white) also represented the custom-made single sleeve extension cables using Gosumodz PLX flex white, black and aquamarine color, together with the aluminum black anodized adapters. Hand-mixed liquid water cooling only complement the overall concept. We choose watercooling parts from EK Water Blocks company - 2 radiators EK-CoolStream SE 240 a EK-CoolStream XE 240, expansion tank EK-BAY RES D5 Vario with integrated Laing D5 pump, CPU block EK-Supremacy EVO - Nickel and GPU block EK-FC R9 Fury X - Nickel together with the backplate. The fluid we used Mayhems X1 Clear with Mayhems Non Staine versions blue and yellow dye. EKWB EK-ACF 12/16mm pure black version, together with the relevant EC -AF angle adapters and Primochill 16/11 mm hose were used.

The offer of PC with all requirements has been challenging. The PC case and all the items within a passive cooling, we selected from the STREACOM company - FC10 model STREACOM Alpha Optical HTPC case together with ST-HT4 accessories and IR receiver FLIRC-SE. Case allows with mATX type of motherboard up to 2 pieces of PCIe cards - that we used high-end audio card ASUS Xonar Essence STX II 7.1 (own card + sister card). Given the challenging environment we have chosen the components - motherboard ASUS Z97 Gryphon Armor Edition of TUF board with high quality components (server grade), total of up to 32GB DDR3 RAM. When choosing a processor there was no other possibility than perfect "Broadwell" i7-5775C Intel Core, Quad Core, 3.30GHz, 6MB, 65W - in addition to the favorable consumption and performance, this CPU also introduced a high performance graphics in the form of integrated graphics chip Intel IRIS PRO 6200. The place for files and data ensured 2TB Samsung 850 SSD drive and playback / backup the slot-in Blu-Ray / XL optical drive / burner Panasonic slot-in SATA (UJ-265). Power supply was passive cooled STREACOM ZeroFlex 240 type with an output of 240W.
Customer delivered to us the case Corsair 750D, motherboard ASUS Maximus VII Formula, memory Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3, 2 graphic cards ASUS Strix GTX 970, power supply Corsair AX860i and CPU intel 4790K. We had delided CPU 4790 and used the set of EK WaterBlocks for direct cooling of the base core of CPU with water block with using the paste Gelid GX-Extreme. The Capacity of a cooling consists of 2 radiators Alphacool, models ST30 (3x120mm) and Monsta (2x140mm). Expansion tank Koolance was filled by 2 water pumps Alphacool VPP655 Laing D5. Cooling of radiators consists of EKWB Vardar fans. Black and transparent Primochill Advanced tubes were used with fill Mayhems X1 – UV red. For this design, custom cables of top quality manufactured by our company were used with using of black and red PLX flex and aluminum holders Gosumods too. The result of described cooling was cooling of CPU 4790K to 24-36 degrees of Celsius with ambient temperature 22 degrees of Celsius.

For the most realistic display of PC game Dota 2, we had used more elements from the character Drow Ranger. We had made stickers for the case (front panel, sidewall), a sticker for the backplate of the graphic card. The complete PC was tuned in three colors: Black, Light blue and Dark blue. We used components EK Water Blocks for a water cooling. Water blocks for GPU and CPU. We went for the unconventional solution of double parallel interconnection between CPU and GPU water block for more decent appearance. The case PHANTEKS Enthoo Mini XL with big window enabled unconventional but optimal placement of water components, mainly expansion tank. Custom cables in black and blue design Cablemod for power supply EVGA G750 and holder E22.

Platform Intel 1150 with CPU Intel Core i7-4790K, 16GB of RAM HyperX Fury 16GB (Kit 2x8GB) 1600 Mhz DDR3, graphic card EVGA GeForce GTX980 Superclocked ACX 2.0, 4096 MB GDDR5. Motherboard MSI Z97M GAMING was modified for design purposes from black-red design to black and white design. (Stickers, removal of red backlight and other modifications). Disk space consists of SSD Disk Samsung SSD SSD850 EVO 500 GB SATAIII. Water cooling consists of water blocks from the company EK Water Blocks. For the requirement of extra silent running (with low temperatures of CPU and GPU) during the highest load, we had used 2 radiators EK Water Block PE240 with pre-installed EKWB Vardar fans. Custom cables Cablemod with the green-black design, E22 holders, Usage of liquid Mayhems Pastel lce White. Components of a water cooling were connected by customized manually cut pipes and adapters CoolForce to fit the measures of the custom PC. Backlight installed by LED stripe and 2 LED diodes.

Motherboard MSI Z97M GAMING was customized from black-red to black-green design (stickers, removal of red backlight and other modifications). Disk space consists from the combination of Samsung SSD SSD850 512GB SATAIII plus Seagate Barracuda 7200 3TB of hard disk. Water cooling consists of water blocks and components EK Water Blocks. For the requirement of extra silent running with low temperatures of CPU and GPU during the high load we had used 2 radiators from EK Water Blocks PE240, combination of the fans EK-Vardar and BitFenix Spectre PRO LED green. Custom cabling Cablemod in green-black combination, Holders E22, usage of liquid Mayhems Pastel and the case with Nvidia logo created a desired effect and design.

Platform Intel 2011 with CPU Intel Core i7-4960X Extreme Edition, 64 GB RAM G.Skill RAM 8x8192MB DDR3 2400 10-12-12-31, 2 graphic cards Zotac GeForce GTX Titan-Z12GB DDR5. Motherboard ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition. Disk space consists of 6 Samsung SSD SSD840 EVO1TB SATAIII, connected to LSI SAS controller. Water cooling consists from a water blocks EK Water Blocks. For the requirement of extra silent running of PC with low temperatures of CPU and GPU during the high load 2 radiators Hardware Labs Black Ice Nemesis 480mm and 1 piece of Hardware LabsBlack Ice Nemesis 240mm were used., the top fans Noiseblocker M12-S1 and unhearable running during the high load. We had created custom water block on LSI SAS controller. We had used the top expansion tanks Aquacomputer Aqualis from borosilicate glass with big capacity and nano cover in inner side. Single parts of water cooling were connected with customized manually cut Plexi tubes and top Bitspower fittings. We had created covering plates for the case to cover motherboard around/under for 5,25" / 3,5" positions which created the final design of the PC in conclusion. The whole PC was designed in black color with nickel-plated parts. Transparent liquid and decent blue blacklight of expansion tanks.

Platform Intel 2011 with CPU Intel Core i7-4930K, 2 sets of RAM Dominator® GT 32GB DDR3, 2 graphic cards GigaByte GeForce GTX TITAN, 6GB DDR5 (384 Bit). Motherboard ASUS Rampage IV Extreme. Disk space consists of Samsung SSD SSD840 EVO 250GB SATAIII 2,5'' and 2 hard disks WD Red WD20EFRX 2TB HDD 3,5''. Water cooling consists of water blocks from EK Water Blocks. For the requirement of extra silent running of the PC with low temperatures of CPU and GPU during the high load, 2 radiators Alphacool NeXxoS XT45 Full Copper 480mm were used. Complete PC was designed in the black-red combination of components, cabling, liquid and backlight.

Platform Intel 2011 with CPU i7-3960X Extreme, 2 graphic cards Dominator GT 32GB DDR3, 2 graphic cards ASUS Nvidia GTX690-4GD5. Motherboard ASUS Rampage IV Extreme. Disk space consists of 2 SSD disks OCZ SSD Vertex 4 Series 512GB, for an operating system high performance PCIE SSD OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 Max IOPS PCI-Express SSD 960GB and 11 high performance WD VelociRaptor 1000DHZT 1TB 3,5'' hard disks connected to LSI MegaRAID 9280-24I4E SAS. Water cooling consists of water blocks from Koolance. We had used external MO-RA3 radiator cooled by 9 top 140mm fans Noiseblocker PK1 regulated to 5V for the requirement of extra silent running of the PC with low temperatures of CPU and GPU during the high load.
